The TISFD Gap Analysis tool is operated by Cordelle Reid. It is an independent self-assessment aid for evaluating organisational readiness against the Taskforce on Inequality and Social-related Financial Disclosures (TISFD) Beta 0.1 framework. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of the TISFD. Where these terms say "we", it means Cordelle Reid.

The scores, maturity levels, recommendations, action plans and reports produced by this tool are provided for general guidance only. They do not constitute legal, financial, accounting or compliance advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional judgement. You are responsible for how you interpret and act on the output.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the tool, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to store unlawful content.

We aim to keep the tool available and accurate, but it is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We may update, change or withdraw features at any time, and the framework content may be revised as the underlying TISFD framework evolves.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this tool or its output.
